I receive a "Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting" warning when installing the UT version of Office 2013.

This warning occurs when trying to install the UT version of Office 2013 on Windows 8. This an expected warning be accepted by clicking More Info, then Run anyway.
